      - Conference packet (badge, proceedings CD, programme, certificate of attendance, ballpoint pen, paper block, folder, charts)
  - Conference dinner (see social events)

        - Luncheons and coffee breaks

Fees do not include the excursions (see social events)


Cancellation policy:
Cancellation should be notified by email ()
Cancellation received before July 21: 20 % penalties
Cancellation received between August 1 and September 1: 50 % penalties
Cancellation received after September 1: 100 % penalties (no refund).
